Nutrition Coaching

Peace with food. Confidence in your body. A foundation for well-being.

Food isn’t just fuel

it’s culture, comfort, and connection. Yet when eating feels like a battle, life gets small. Nutrition coaching is a collaborative, compassionate space to explore your relationship with food and body, without judgment or shame.

Who It’s For:

Anyone struggling with disordered eating or body image concerns

People tired of diet culture and rigid food rules

Those in recovery from eating disorders, or navigating relapse prevention

Anyone who wants food to feel easier and more joyful

What You’ll Gain

  • A calmer, more intuitive relationship with food

  • Strategies to manage guilt, shame, and overwhelm

  • Tools to build trust in your body’s cues

  • Freedom from the cycle of “starting over”

My Approach

Rooted in trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and body-inclusive care. I blend clinical nutrition expertise with mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical strategies tailored to your life.

What’s the Process Like?

  • Discovery Call

    Step 1

Clarify questions, see if we’re a good fit, or even sample what coaching looks and feels like.

  • First Session

    Step 2: 75 Minutes

A comprehensive intake of your strengths, goals, resources, sticking points, environment, barriers/challenges, and co-designing working agreements. This foundational session sets the stage for the next few sessions

  • Coaching Sessions

    Step 3+

We’ll start with redesigning our alliance, setting the agenda, and provide a blend of content expertise (e.g. health admin, eating disorder care, well-being best practices, etc.) and coaching (e.g. forwarding action, deepening learning, building fulfillment, perspective taking, processing, etc.)

  • Support Session

These sessions are for accountability, supervised experience, and compassionate practice. We might go grocery shopping, practice food prep, or cook some delicious food together.
