Wellness & Leadership Coaching

Lead well, while being well.

Leadership doesn’t get lighter with each milestone — it gets heavier if your well-being isn’t part of the equation. Coaching helps you strengthen resilience, align with your values, and spark change without burning out.

Who It’s For:

  • Leaders and managers balancing people, performance, and pressure

  • Clinicians stepping into leadership roles

  • Organizations wanting to foster healthier workplace cultures

  • Professionals who want clarity, confidence, and sustainability in their leadership

What You’ll Gain:

  • Personal well-being strategies rooted in psychology and science

  • Leadership breakthroughs that align purpose and impact

  • Tools to shape culture and systems without losing yourself

  • Sustainable growth — for you, your team, and your organization

My Approach

I blend evidence-based coaching, systems thinking, and compassion-focused practice. Together, we’ll build your well-being basecamp so you can lead with clarity, creativity, and humanity.

What’s the Process Like?

  • Chemistry Call

    Step 1

Clarify questions, see if we’re a good fit, or even sample what coaching looks and feels like.

  • Discovery Session

    Step 2: 90 Minutes

Comprehensive process of identifying strengths, goals, values, allies, saboteurs, identities, and co-designing working agreements. This foundational session sets the stage for the next few sessions

  • Coaching Sessions

    Step 3+

We’ll start with redesigning our alliance, setting the agenda, and provide a blend of content expertise (e.g. health admin, eating disorder care, well-being best practices, etc.) and coaching (e.g. forwarding action, deepening learning, building fulfillment, perspective taking, processing, etc.)

  • Completion Session

    Last step…for now

Rarely do we get a chance to intentionally end work together. In this session, we’ll have a chance to celebrate our wins, share feedback, and close the chapter on your coaching journey.

“We need more leaders like you, not just doing it well, but being well too”
